a) What happens if I can’t return my Trunk within 10 days?
If you can’t return your Trunk within the 10 day period, you will be charged for the Trunk in full. Don’t worry, you can still return any items you don’t wish to keep for a full refund. Got questions? We’ve got answers. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
b) How do I return my Trunk?
A pre-paid courier label is included in your Trunk. Simply email your Stylist directly or on email@example.com to schedule a collection for the next day. You can schedule the collection from any address and can delay the collection to a later day.
We also use DPD Collection Points, which is a really easy solution where you drop the Trunk off at a local point, so don’t need to wait for your courier to come. Simply request this service from your Stylist. You can see your nearest collection point here.
c) How long do I get with my Trunk?
You can keep your Trunk for up to 10 days from the date our courier delivered your Trunk.
d) How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password here.
e) I’ve tried to reset my password, but it isn’t working.
Email us at Stylist@thechapar.com and we will arrange for this to be corrected. Sometimes it can happen if there is a typo or if you registered with a different email address originally.
f) I’ve put an order in. Where is my Trunk?
You can track the status of your Trunk by either emailing your Stylist directly, emailing Stylist@thechapar.com, or calling into 0203 542 1512.
