Shipping and Returns

a) Do you ship internationally?

We ship to all countries within the European Union. Unfortunately we cannot ship outside the EU, due to tax, duty and shipping costs. That includes Norway, Iceland and Switzerland where we are unable to ship to due to duty costs.

b) What if I’m keeping everything in my Trunk?

Firstly, great! Just let your Stylist know and we’ll send out an emailed receipt outlining your purchase.

c) How do I schedule collection of my Trunk?

Email your Stylist directly, or stylist@thechapar.com with the address you’d like us to pick the Trunk up from. Typically collections happen on the next working day during business hours, but if you require a later day you can request that to your Stylist.

We also use DPD Collection Points, which is a really easy solution where you drop the Trunk off at a local point, so don’t need to wait for your courier to come. Simply request this service from your Stylist. You can see your nearest collection point here.

d) What do I do if I love an item but it doesn’t quite fit?

Email your Stylist directly, email in at stylist@thechapar.com or call 0203 541 1512 and the Stylist will see if we have that item in stock in your size. If we’ve got it, we will have it sent out to you!

e) How do I get a new shipping label?

Email your Stylist directly or stylist@thechapar.com and we will send you a new shipping label via email.
